If there is an issue that one of the teachers can’t see the Jamf School Teacher app, please check the following:
Is the teacher assigned to the right group?
Are the Jamf School Teacher settings in the group set to ‘Allowed’?
Under Jamf School Management System > Organisation > Settings > Jamf School Teacher, is there a setting/restriction that conflicts with the teacher's settings/presence?
Reset the teachers credentials
If the teacher is still not able to see the Jamf School Teacher app after all this is checked, please gather information on the issue and submit a ticket.
