If you have a problem in Jamf School and cannot find a solution in the documentation, you can create a support ticket to get help from support. When filing a support ticket, it is recommended that you provide detailed information about the problem.
In Jamf School, navigate to Support > New Ticket in the sidebar.
Use the New ticket pane to enter a subject, description of the problem, and attach any logs, screenshots, or videos.
Click Submit new ticket.
You can view open tickets by navigating to Support > Ticket Overview in the sidebar and clicking the Open tickets tab.
