Creating a Support Ticket
If you have a problem in Jamf School and cannot find a solution in the documentation, you can create a support ticket to get help from support. When filing a support ticket, it is recommended that you provide detailed information about the problem.
Requirements
(U.S. customers only) Before you can create a support ticket, you need a Jamf ID. To create a Jamf ID, see the following website: https://id.jamf.com/CommunitiesSelfReg.
