Creating a Support Ticket

If you have a problem in Jamf School and cannot find a solution in the documentation, you can create a support ticket to get help from support. When filing a support ticket, it is recommended that you provide detailed information about the problem.


(U.S. customers only) Before you can create a support ticket, you need a Jamf ID. To create a Jamf ID, see the following website:

  1. In Jamf School, navigate to Support > New Ticket in the sidebar.

    (U.S. customers only) After this step, you will be redirected to an external service portal to file a support ticket.

  2. Use the New ticket pane to enter a subject, description of the problem, and attach any logs, screenshots, or videos.
  3. Click Submit new ticket.

You can view open tickets by navigating to Support > Support Tickets in the sidebar and clicking the Open tickets tab.
