General Requirements

  • Cloud Connection Services enabled in Jamf Pro

  • Integration with Automated Device Enrollment

    For more information, see the Integrating with Automated Device Enrollment section in the Jamf Pro Administrator's Guide.

  • A cloud distribution point that is also your principle distribution point configured in Jamf Pro.

    For more information, see the Cloud Distribution Point section in the Jamf Pro Administrator's Guide.

  • A Jamf Nation account

Jamf Connect Requirements

  • A Jamf Connect subscription

  • Integration with a cloud identity provider (IdP).

    For more information about IdP integrations, see the Identity Provider Integrations section in the Jamf Connect documentation. 

  • Familiarity with your IdP's minimum authentication settings.

    For more information authentication settings for supported IdPs, see the Authentication Settings section in the Jamf Connect documentation.

  • Jamf Pro 10.30 or later

  • The following Jamf Pro user account privileges:
