Sentry Crash Logging and Usage Analytics Integrations

Sentry is a crash logging and usage analytics tool that helps Jamf learn about potential issues with their products and plan features and deprecations for future releases. It collects crash data and some anonymized usage data. No personal information is collected. The collected data is sent to a Jamf-hosted server and is never sold to third parties or used for marketing purposes.

The following Jamf products, applications, and utilities are integrated with Sentry:
  • Jamf Self Service

  • The Jamf Management Framework (a component installed on computers managed by Jamf Pro)

  • Jamf Now

  • The Jamf Connect login window application

  • Jamf Connect Configuration

  • Jamf Parent (for both iOS and Android)

  • Jamf School Teacher

  • Jamf School Student

  • Composer
