Managing Your Device

If permitted by your school's IT department, you can use the Teacher app settings to manage your device the following ways:
  • Update the operating system

  • Refresh your device

  • Clear the passcode

  • Wipe your device

  1. On the Teacher app dashboard, tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap Device Info.
  3. (Optional) To view your school's information, tap the name of your school in the School Info section.
  4. (Optional) To refresh your device, tap Refresh Info.
  5. (Optional) To update your device's operating system, tap Software Update.
  6. (Optional) To clear the passcode, tap Clear Passcode.
  7. (Optional) To wipe the device, tap Erase Device
  8. Tap Done.
