Unlocking Your Jamf Now Account Without Your Two-Step Verification Code

If you are locked out of your Jamf Now account with two-step verification turned on, follow these steps to recover your account.

Note:

If you have "Disable Two-Step by Email" turned on and would like to disable this feature, you will need to disable the two-step verification feature completely. You will then be able to turn two-step verification on without the "Disable Two-Step by Email" option.

If you do not have email recovery turned on or any of your recovery codes, Jamf Now support is not able to unlock your account. This is a security measure to keep accounts safe.
