App Workflow Enhancements

We have made improvements to how you search for and add apps to Blueprints.

  • You can now filter for iPad only apps and custom (in-house) apps. The Jamf Now Plus plan is required to deploy custom or in-house apps.

  • You can now sort apps alphabetically by app name, seller, or platform for easier app searching.

  • You can quickly add multiple apps by using the Install All Apps Automatically checkbox to install all available apps, or the Install All Filtered Apps Automatically checkbox to install all filtered apps.

  • You can now remove an app that is in Single App Mode directly from a Blueprint.

For more information on adding an app to a Blueprint, see Deploying an App to All Devices in a Blueprint.

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed an issue that prevented custom apps from displaying that they were in Single App Mode when viewing the app in Jamf Now.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the enrollment of a device in to a Blueprint using Open Enrollment when email was configured in the Blueprint, and the email address for the device included a "+" modifier.
