Jamf Now Billing Options

Whether you are just getting started or want to explore your billing options again, Jamf Now offers convenient ways to pay for service.

Teammates receive all billing emails from Jamf Now.

Monthly Billing
Only pay for the service you use with monthly billing. Available directly in the product, monthly billing makes it easy to pay as you go. Enter your organization's credit card and start managing your devices with Jamf Now.
Jamf Now Balance
Jamf Now Balance enables you to pre-pay for 12, 24, or 36 months of service and only be billed once. The value you pre-pay for in Jamf Now Balance is stored in your account. You will be charged after using the service in a given month, and it is adjusted depending on your device usage.

Adding and Changing Billing Information

You get three free devices with Jamf Now for an unlimited time. If you want to add more than three devices, you will be asked to input your payment information. Your billing period begins when you add more than three devices. Here is a guide on how to add and change your billing information.

  1. In Jamf Now, click on your name in the bottom-left of the page, and then choose Account from the pop-up menu.
  2. In the Wallet section under the Summary tab, click Add Credit Card.

  3. Enter your billing information and then click Save Credit Card.
