Assigning a Domain and Username to Managed Mail Accounts

  1. Log in to Jamf Now.
  2. Click Blueprints and select the desired Blueprint.
  3. Under the Email tab of the Blueprint, disable the Email username matches email address setting. By disabling this setting, we should be provided with a Username field when assigning future devices associated with that Blueprint.

  4. The Username field can have both the Domain and Username entered as follows:
