Uninstalling Jamf Infrastructure Manager from a Windows-based Server

  1. Remove artifacts from the hosting server by doing the following:
    1. In the Control Panel, open Programs and Features.
    2. Select Infrastructure Manager from the list.
    3. Click Uninstall.
  2. Disable the proxy server from the LDAP server configuration in Jamf Pro by doing the following:
    1. Log in to Jamf Pro.
    2. Navigate to System Settings > LDAP Servers and click the name of the instance you want to edit.
    3. Click Edit.
    4. Deselect Enable LDAP Proxy.
    5. Click Save.
You can now safely remove the Infrastructure Manager instance from Jamf Pro.
